About the Blond and her blog

First there was this bloody trip to Thailand, after which I couldn't get myself together and started thinking that if I don't go somewhere soon I will just die!
So, after long discussions with my sister ('Jo, life is too short!'), with my then future ex-husband ('If it makes you happy - go'), with my boss ('what????!!!') and with my mum ('Are you crazy?!') I decided to pack my bags and go for a trip with my sister. During 3 months we visited Burma, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand.

After I came back my husband left me...Sad, I know. There is, however, a positive outcome of this: I can finally travel full time! In November 2013, I left  London and my secure life. Before I settle down in Thailand to teach English (from January 2014) I will be travelling in Australia and Bali.

I hope that thanks to this trip I will be able to recover from the painful divorce and find my own true self.

More about me:
I was born and brought up in Poland. 8 years ago, with my then boyfriend and future ex-husband, I moved to London. I am a proud owner of a British passport, which makes traveling a little easier.

  4. Re-inventing yourself after a problem is not easy but you are going to do great. It ends up being quite liberating and then you get to set your own plans and then make them happen. Keep in touch :)
